Registration Terms & Conditions

*If you are taking adult classes, there will be no costume fee applied*

*All discounts will be taken off of the pre HST and costume prices*

The multi-class discounts apply to single students as well as siblings and parents. A minimum of one-quarter of the total amount owing must be paid to finalize registration and hold the spot in the class.

The remaining balance will be divided into 7 months and placed either on pre-authorization debit, pre-authorization with credit card, or postdated cheques.

Special Notice Regarding Payments: Please keep in mind that only payments made by December 31st, 2020 will be reflected on your 2020 tax receipts from Rivertown Dance Academy Inc. Each receipt will be emailed to you and is considered legitimate for tax receipt purposes. Please keep them for your records.

We accept cash or cheque, e-transfers (hello@rda.dance) debit or credit cards here at RDA. Please make all cheques payable to Rivertown Dance Academy. Please note that there is an NSF fee of $45 on returned or declined payments.

There will be no refunds including costumes fees after December 1st, 2020.

Please inform our directors of any concerns that you have in regards to your child’s dance lessons. Here at Rivertown Dance Academy your children mean the world to us and our success depends on your child’s happiness and enjoyment of dance.

Terms & Conditions

  1. I agree that my 1st Payment will be made on the day of registration.
  2. I will either:
    1. pay in full or
    2. choose 1 of the 3 payment options to which a $10 administration fee will be added and paid:
      1. I agree that the pre-authorized debit payment will take place on the 25th of every month from September 25th/2020 to March 25th /2021 or
      2. I agree that credit card pre-authorization payments will take place on the 15th of every month from Sept 15th /20 to March 15th/21 or
      3. I agree that postdated cheques will be given and dated the 1st of every month from Sept 1st/20 to March 1St/21
  3. I am aware that a $45 NSF fee will be due if any form of payment is returned or unable to process.
  4. I agree that if my account is not paid in full by March 25th 2021, my dancer/s will not be allowed to receive their showcase costume or purchase tickets.
  5. I understand there will be no refunds including costumes fees after December 1st, 2020.
  6. I agree that if my account is not up to date by March 25, 2021 interest charges will apply. After a third attempt, a collection agency will be contacted.
  7. I agree that the email address I provided at registration is to be used for communication reasons.
  8. I agree to inform a studio director or office manager if my student/s withdrawals from Rivertown Dance Academy via email or written letter.
  9. I give consent that the name of my child, photos, and video footage taken during their participation at the Rivertown Dance Academy may be used for promotional advertising including use in newspaper articles and social media.
    1. If you do not agree to the above photo consent please indicate on the registration page under “photo consent.”
  10. I agree should I have any complaints or concerns regarding Rivertown Dance Academy I will contact a studio director (Catherine Cristofaro, Laura Dufour, or Jen Horvath) or the office manager (Dayna Fiorito)
