Acro Dance is a style of acrobatics used specifically for dancers.
It is a genre of dance which seamlessly fuses elements of lyrical gymnastic skills, balancing, tumbling, and jazz. Students learn Acrobatic Skills such as handstands, cartwheels, chest stands, elbow stands, walkovers, side and front aerial, and tumbling lines.
Dress Code
Please come prepared to ALL Acro classes with HAIR NEATLY SECURED IN A LOW BUN/LOW PONY and wearing a FORM FITTED TANK TOP/BODY SUIT AND CAPRI LENGTH OR FULL TIGHTS/LEGGINGS. SHORTS ARE PERMITTED AS LONG AS THEY HAVE TIGHTS UNDERNEATH. NO DANCE SHOES OR SOCKS PERMITTED. THIS CLASS IS BEST EXECUTED BAREFOOT.
